Wordless Wednesday #1 : Cream Puffs

(This will be relatively wordless!) Here's my first attempt at baking cream puffs. The pâte à choux was easy enough to make. Baking the actual cream puffs however was not very successful as I took too long to rotate the pans. Note to self: avoid opening oven door for so long! As you'll see, I tried to make up for the lack of "puff" with more cream...
 
 Ingredients.

 
 Melt + whisk.
 
 
Stir. 
 
 
Stir some more. 
 
 
And some more. 
 
 
Pipe + wash. 
 
 

Bake.

 
 Cut + fill.
